Savylive currently provides shipping services within the United States.

We offer a flat shipping rate of $6.99 for all orders.
How long does order processing take?
Our standard handling time is 1 business day.
Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, will begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
How long does delivery take?
After processing, the estimated transit time is 2–6 business days.
The estimated total delivery time is approximately 3–7 business days, including handling and transit time.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or other unexpected circumstances.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
Savylive works with trusted shipping carriers, including:

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take approximately 24–72 hours to become available after the carrier receives your package.

Savylive offers a 60-day return period from the date your order is delivered.
Returned items must meet our return eligibility requirements, including being in suitable condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Do you charge return or restocking fees?
No. Savylive does not charge any restocking fees or refund processing fees for approved returns.
However, any applicable return shipping costs will be communicated during the return authorization process.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed within 12 calendar days.
The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Can I exchange my jewelry item?
Currently, Savylive does not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, you may return the eligible product according to our Return & Refund Policy and place a new order.
