Order Cancellation Requests
Customers may request to cancel their order after it has been placed. We recommend submitting cancellation requests as soon as possible to provide the best opportunity for our team to process the request before the order moves into preparation or shipment.
Orders may be canceled under the following conditions:
- The cancellation request is submitted before the order has been processed or shipped.
- The order has not been transferred to a shipping carrier.
- The order does not involve circumstances that prevent cancellation under applicable laws or business requirements.
If the cancellation request is approved, the order will be canceled and any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Cancellation After Order Processing
Savylive begins processing orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, has been packaged, or has been transferred to USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another shipping carrier, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If your order cannot be canceled because it has already been shipped, you may still be eligible to return the item after receiving it in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, which allows returns within 60 days of delivery, subject to applicable conditions.
Order Modification Requests
Customers may request changes to their orders before the order enters the fulfillment process.
Possible modifications may include:
- Changing the shipping address.
- Correcting the recipient’s name.
- Updating contact information.
- Modifying the selected product, quantity, or other order details.
Savylive will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested changes; however, we cannot guarantee that all modifications will be possible once order processing has begun.
Shipping Address Changes
Providing an accurate shipping address at checkout is the responsibility of the customer.
If you discover an error in your shipping information, please contact Savylive immediately. Address correction requests can generally only be accepted before the package has been shipped.
Once a shipment has been handed over to the carrier, address changes may be limited, unavailable, or subject to the carrier’s policies and additional requirements.
Savylive is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
How to Request a Cancellation or Change

Refunds for Canceled Orders
If a cancellation request is approved before the order has been shipped, customers will receive a full refund to their original payment method.
Refund processing may take up to 12 calendar days, depending on payment providers and financial institutions.
Savylive does not charge any cancellation fees, restocking fees, or additional processing fees for approved cancellations.
Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Orders
If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or defective, please contact Savylive as soon as possible after delivery.
To help us resolve the issue efficiently, please provide:

- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs showing the product and any damage or discrepancy.
Our customer support team will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, return authorization, or refund depending on the circumstances.
Orders Returned Due to Delivery Issues
Orders that are returned to Savylive due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or other shipping-related issues may require additional review.
Customers may be responsible for providing updated delivery information or arranging additional shipping where applicable.
Any available refund for returned orders will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy and the circumstances of the returned package.
Fraud Prevention and Order Verification
